CHECK-IN: 3 pm check-in preferred.
CANCELLATIONS: Please notify us as soon as possible if a cancellation is necessary.
AIRLINES & PICK-UPS: We do have airline service into Cody. United connects thru Denver and Delta thru Salt Lake City. We pick you up in Cody for no extra charge. Billings, Montana pickup is $200/one-way. Rates are adjusted for larger groups.
CAR RENTALS: Hertz, Avis, and Thrifty have offices at the Cody airport. Their phone numbers are: Hertz (307)-587-2941, Avis (307)-587-5792, and Thrifty (307)-5878855.
FISHING: The ranch has a private fishing pond, no license required. We carry a supply of lures and locally tied flies at the ranch . Fishing guide available with advance notice ($100/day extra). Licenses are available nearby.
CLOTHING: There is no formality in clothing at Rimrock. Western riding clothes are usually worn throughout the day; cowboy cotton shirts, blue jeans, and a western straw or felt hat. Simple sportswear is fine for evenings. Hard-soled shoes or cowboy boots are essential for riding.
