After your reservation has been made and you’ve spoken with someone here at Rimock Dude Ranch, you will be given a reservation number and directed to this form where you will fill in the information below.

  • Cancellation, Safety and Liability

    Cancellation Policy for Rimrock Ranch as of September 1st, 2022. A $400 per person deposit is required to confirm a reservation. This can be paid with a credit card or a personal check. Deposits are nonrefundable although can be transferred once, if the cancellation is made three months prior to your reservation date.

    The remaining balance must be paid, in full, three months prior to your arrival at the ranch. We accept personal checks, money orders, or certified checks for the balance. Once the balance has been paid in full, there will be no refund regardless the reason. To protect yourself, in the event that you might have to cancel your reservation, trip insurance can be purchased for a minimal cost. We advise all our guests to purchase trip insurance. The Dude Ranchers’ Association partners with Travel Guard. To purchase Travel Insurance please contact Travel Guard directly by calling 877-249-5376 and reference product number 109400.
